A CrossFit-style community event raising funds and awareness for veterans and first responders living with PTSD through our partnership with Wounded Heroes Australia.

The 24 Hours of Heroes event started in 2016 with 24 “Hero” workouts -

CrossFit-style workouts that are written and performed to honour fallen service men and women - in order to raise funds and awareness for Veterans and

First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries.

 

Hero workouts are typically long and gruelling, and are meant to make you really uncomfortable, but also to remind you of their ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety. 

 

Having started in Canada it was brough over here by Dan from Nepean and introduced into Crossfit Gyms. To-date, in Canada, they have raised approximately $214,000 towards the mental health services provided by Wounded Warriors Canada.

THEN PLEASE DONATE

24 hours of Hero workouts dedicated to Veterans and First Responders that have passed in the line

of duty. Teams of 6 will complete one hero workout

at the top of every hour for 24 hours.

Teams will rotate through each team member to complete each workout.  Camp out, bring a tent, sleep on the floor, bring a caravan or stay awake

for the full 24hrs!
