Unfortunately WACOL Sleep Out is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions

Exercise Stone Pillow, founded in 2013,  simulates rough sleeping for one night to educate participants of the challenges faced by homeless veterans and their families.  Participants will sleep outside on a grassed area, providing their own tent, sleeping bag and basic mattress, for the night. All ages are welcome.

The primary objective is to raise awareness and funds for supportive housing of our Australian homeless veterans.

Exercise Stone Pillow brings the Australian

Community together to raise funds and awareness of homelessness, and the risk of homelessness within the Veteran community.

By sleeping rough for one night a year, participants gain an understanding of the challenges faced by some of our veterans and their families.
