Lifting the spirits of children who will be in hospital over Christmas and raising awareness for veterans and their families
in crisis.
Saturday 10th December
We are making a difference this Christmas
You can donate toys or
you can donate to wounded Heroes direct
or both.

The Wounded Heroes parade involving
QFES, SES and RFDS and lead a convoy through The Gold Coast and up to Ipswich, where members of Social Motorcycle Clubs and delivered presents en-route.
Emergency Services, Big Rigs, Custom Cars, Hot Rods, Classic Cars, Vintage Cars
and Motorcycles will depart Biggera Waters at 9am, and deliver toys to
Gold Coast University Hospital, then up to Ipswich.

around South East Queensland.

New, unwrapped toys (We get lots of stuff for the littlies, but not so much for the older kids.

The Toy Run starts at Nightcraft
Custom Bobbers, Biggera Waters,
Saturday December 10th 2022 at 9am.
With the enormous success of our inaugural Christmas
Toy Run last year, the second annual Wounded Heroes Christmas Toy Run is on again.
Come along and raise some much needed funds for Wounded Heroes Australia Charity and our Veterans in crisis and bring a smile to the faces of the children who
will be in hospital over Christmas.
WE NEED 500 TOYS FOR KIDS THIS CHRISTMAS!
GET INVOLVED:
Decorate you ride in Christmas Motif and join in the cavalcade of vehicles led by our amazing Emergency Services.




HOW THE DAY WILL PAN OUT!
Firstly, this event will provide much needed funding to Wounded Heroes so we can continue the vital support network to veterans and their families, and secondly, as part of the Christmas Toy Run, the Convoy will deliver toys to 2 separate hospitals foundations in the Gold Coast and Ipswich regions to lift the spirits of children who will be in hospital over Christmas.

at Biggera Waters at 09.00am

EVENT DETAILS:
ROUTE/ITINERARY (total run is around 100km):

Depart Nightcraft Bobbers at 9am (QPS will escort through Surfers Paradise)

Arrive Gold Coast University Hospital (15min stop to deliver toys)

Depart for Ripley Rural Fire Depot
-
Travel back out to Smith Street Motorway to Logan Motorway
-
Left turn at Centenary Highway to Ripley
-
Arrive Ripley Rural Fire Depot (meet with Ipswich QPS and Emergency Service Vehicles)
-
Depart for Limestone Park, Ipswich
-
Travel via Ripley Road to Raceview Street then on to Limestone Park
-
Arrive at Limestone Park, Ipswich (meet Ipswich Children's Hospital Foundation staff)

Drop off Toys
-
Run concludes approx. 12.30 to 1.00pm
